The colors are nice, but the palette itself kinda feels a little cheap. A few of the shades went on fine and looked good, but some of them just didn’t last that long on me. For the price, I’d say it’s okay, just not something I’d be super excited about.

The return process felt a bit messy to me, and it took a while to get replies when I had questions. I did end up getting my refund, but it took longer than I expected. The whole experience also made me wonder a little about the overall quality and reliability, so I’m not sure I’d order again right away...

I ordered a few shades from nanopalette.com, and to be fair, most of the colors were close to what I saw online. But one shade showed up noticeably darker than the photo, that’s on them. If they’re going to sell colors online, the pictures need to be more accurate. I’m glad there weren’t any weird surprises with the tones overall, and shipping was fine, but I’m still annoyed I had to deal with that mismatch. Giving 4 stars because it wasn’t a disaster, but they really need to fix their product photos.

My order from nanopalette.com showed up packed really well. Nothing was rattling around, nothing was damaged, and the box actually looked neat when it arrived — wild concept, I know. You can tell they put some care into it, so yeah, I was happy with that.
